Swyftflo Transportation Management System

Plan, move and settle transport, with AI on every leg.

Swyftflo TMS runs the whole transport lifecycle in one workflow: plan, optimise, contract, schedule, dispatch, monitor and invoice. AI-driven routing, planning and predictive insight help shippers, logistics providers and carriers cut planning time and cost across road transport and container movements.

Alongside your ERP. The TMS takes transport orders from your ERP or order systems and runs execution with carriers and drivers. Proof of delivery and audited transport costs return to the business.

TMS in a nutshell

One loop, from order to payout.

Orders arrive by API or Excel, routes are optimised, and loads are contracted to logistics service providers. Drivers and resources are scheduled, with real-time tracking and automatic field updates. Invoicing, payout calculations and analytics close the loop.

First mile, middle mile and last mile run on the same system, so cost, visibility and proof travel with every job.

Questions we hear

Straight answers.

Who is the TMS for?

Three kinds of operator: shippers moving inbound, outbound and intercompany freight; intermediaries such as 3PLs, 4PLs and brokers running multi-client, multi-carrier operations; and carriers and fleet owners managing fleets, drivers, trips and payouts.

How do orders get in?

From your ERP or order systems by API, by file upload or Excel, or by manual entry. Orders land in one controlled pool where they are validated, prioritised and prepared for planning.

What does the optimiser take into account?

Vehicle capacity in cubic metres, maximum weight, running cost, which vehicles can reach each location, delivery windows and other operational constraints. It builds loads and routes together rather than one after the other.

How is delivery proven?

The driver app captures an electronic proof of delivery at handover: who received it, when, a signature and a photo, attached to the job and visible to everyone who needs it.

Does it handle billing?

Yes. It generates freight invoices, validates transport charges against the contract and calculates carrier payouts. For intermediaries it keeps the customer revenue contract and the carrier cost contract on the same job, so margin is visible per job.
