Revenue Cloud

Sell it, price it, contract it, order it and bill it.

Revenue Cloud is Salesforce's revenue management suite. It connects pricing, quoting, contracts and billing on a single data model, with order automation alongside, so the same rules apply wherever a deal is worked. Its aim, in Salesforce's words, is that what a company sells is what it invoices.

Also known as Revenue Lifecycle Management on Salesforce's pages.

What it does

One thread from quote to invoice.

Deals often fall between sales, legal, operations and finance. Revenue Cloud keeps them on one record.

01Guided quoting
Product bundling rules keep prices correct. For complex products, a configurator and constraint builder define which configurations are valid.
02Pricing and catalogue
One attribute-based catalogue serves all channels and connects to PIM, PLM and ERP systems. A pricing engine shows how each price was built.
03Contracts
Templates and clause libraries, AI-assisted clause generation and redlining, approvals, e-signature and obligation tracking.
04Assets and subscriptions
Tracks what each customer owns, with renewals, amendments and cancellations.
05Order management
Breaks a commercial order into technical fulfilment tasks on a visual canvas.
06Billing
A separate product with a flexible billing engine supporting different charge types and payment schedules.

Quoting that follows the rules

For sellers and the deal desk.

  • Sellers build quotes with guided tools, and an AI agent can create, update and send them.
  • Bundling rules keep prices correct, and the agent can suggest upgrades and add-ons.
  • The configurator keeps complex configurations valid.
