What it does

Ask, watch and act.

Salesforce describes three kinds of agentic analytics.

01Conversational analytics
Users ask questions in natural language and receive summaries and visualisations.
02Data monitoring
Agents watch performance metrics and flag trends and anomalies.
03Automated workflows
Insights can trigger actions across Salesforce.
04A shared semantic layer
Tableau Semantics unifies business definitions, so a measure means the same thing everywhere.

  • Works with Data 360's zero-copy data, so people and agents use the same data.
  • Includes a semantic layer, Tableau Semantics.
  • Connects to Slack, so metrics can be shared and questions asked there.
