Talent Management

Hire to succession, on one connected journey.

MiHCM Enterprise's talent side is ten connected modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Administration, the Learning Management System, Compensation Planning, Benefits Management, Expense Claims and Employee Engagement. They share the employee record, so a candidate's application becomes their profile, and an appraisal informs their learning, their pay and who could succeed them.

The ten modules are the ten MiHCM names on its Enterprise page. Some share a tab here because MiHCM describes them together.

What it does

Talent work that remembers what came before.

In many companies recruitment, appraisals, training and pay reviews sit in separate tools, so each starts from scratch. MiHCM keeps them on one record, so each step knows what the last one found.

01Hiring with an approval trail
A requisition with salary and cost centre goes through your approval workflow before a vacancy is published internally, on your own job board or on other platforms.
02Screening at volume
Applications from every source land in one applicant tracking system, and SmartAssist can score every applicant against your criteria.
03A first day that is ready
Onboarding checklists, document submission, mentors and a self-service portal, with the employee profile created from the application.
04Performance from several angles
Goals and KPIs, competencies, values, 360° feedback and potential, brought together in one view of each person.
05Learning tied to skills
A skills-based learning platform with personalised dashboards, assessments, certificates and analytics on what learning achieves.
06Reward within budget
Compensation budgets are approved before planning opens, and recommendations cannot exceed them.

AI in talent management

SmartAssist does the drafting and the first screen.

MiHCM SmartAssist for Recruitment and for Core, as MiHCM describes them.

01Describe the ideal candidate
Write a prompt; SmartAssist turns it into screening rules for you to check, and you can change them at any point.
02Applications compiled
SmartAssist reads candidates' CVs and compiles their applications, and candidates can check and edit the result before applying.
03Ranked against your criteria
Candidates are ranked against the criteria, with a drill-down showing which criteria each one meets; change the criteria and everyone is re-screened.
04Letters and job descriptions
Confirmation letters, contracts, NDAs and job descriptions drafted in seconds with Letter Builder tags, then refined by prompt.

MiHCM describes the screening as fair and free of human bias. We would still have people review every shortlist and every rejection, and test the criteria for unintended effects before relying on them.
