Your ERP runs the enterprise. Swyftflo connects what happens between enterprises.
Every purchase, shipment and invoice crosses company boundaries. Suppliers, forwarders, carriers, ports, customs and warehouses each run their own systems, so the work between them still moves through email, chat and spreadsheets. Swyftflo gives every party one shared, governed workspace and returns clean, verified results to the systems you already run.
About the names. Swyftflo is the AI-native supply chain suite. Its six products are Source to Pay, Supply Chain Control Tower, Invoice Hub, Spend Intelligence, Authentik and the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Systems of record

Independent organisations
Suppliers and factories3PLs and forwardersShipping lines and airlinesTransportersPorts, terminals, customsCustomers and regulatorsOne digital thread across the transaction.
ERPs are strong inside one organisation. They were not designed to coordinate the dozens of independent companies a single order passes through. That gap is where delays hide, prices drift and invoices go unchecked.
Swyftflo runs that cross-company work. Each external firm joins as its own organisation, every party sees only what its role needs, and what physically happened becomes the evidence for what gets paid.
Complements the ERP
The system of record stays exactly where it is. No record or ledger moves out of it; integration is by API.
Every party is native
Suppliers, forwarders and carriers join as their own organisations, with their own users and history.
Evidence decides payment
Proof of work and confirmations captured during execution validate every invoice before it is paid.
AI native to every product
Agents predict, detect, recommend and automate across a living model of your supply chain.
Six products. One thread from requirement to approved invoice.
Each product owns one stage of the transaction and hands its result to the next, so the award in sourcing becomes the contract the invoice is audited against, and every confirmation in execution becomes proof.

Built to plug in beside the ERP, not to take its place.
The ERP keeps every record it owns. Swyftflo runs the cross-company work in between and hands the verified result back at each step. Pick a step to see who does what.
Stays in your ERP
- Requisitions, approvals and budgets
- Purchase order and commitment record
- Inventory, receiving and GRN posting
- Accounts payable, payment and ledger
- Master data and financial controls
Runs in Swyftflo
- Supplier collaboration: quotes, rounds and awards in one auditable record
- Multi-party execution: one live workspace per PO or shipment
- Shared evidence: documents, proof of work and confirmations at the source
- Evidence-based audit: invoices tested against what was agreed and delivered
- Network intelligence: quotes, delays and charges the ERP never sees
Your partners work in it too, without seeing what isn't theirs.
A shipment can touch a factory, a forwarder, a shipping line, two customs brokers, a transporter and your warehouse. Swyftflo brings all of them into the same live record, each on its own terms.
Need-to-know access is the rule: a carrier can confirm milestones without seeing your rates, and finance can see invoices without wading through every chat.
Partners onboard as their own tenants
Each supplier or provider joins as its own organisation, with its own users, history and performance record.
Invited to one shipment by passcode
A one-off partner joins a single shipment with a one-time passcode, no account needed.
Respond without an account
Suppliers without an account can still answer a request, and their response lands in the same record.
Need-to-know, by role
Each role sees only the data it is entitled to act on, configured per shipment. Each company is separated at the data layer.
On data no single system holds.
The Supply Chain Brain sits above the whole suite. It absorbs signals from every Swyftflo product and every connected system, and connects them into a living model of your supply chain. Specialised agents work on that model: they don't just report, they act, with people approving what matters.
Systems of record stay in place. Swyftflo adds the intelligence layer above them. Agents named in Swyftflo’s material include procurement, orchestration, logistics, scheduling, invoice and audit, and provenance agents.

Straight answers.
Does Swyftflo replace our ERP?
No. Swyftflo is built to sit beside the ERP, not to take its place. Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, accounts payable, the ledger and master data all stay in your ERP. Swyftflo runs the work that happens between your company and its suppliers, carriers and partners, and hands the verified result back through APIs.
Which ERPs does it connect to?
Swyftflo integrates through bi-directional APIs. Its material shows connections to SAP, Oracle and Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, Epicor, Sage, Acumatica, Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, Workday, QAD and others. The exact integration points are agreed for each deployment.
Do our suppliers and carriers need to buy a licence?
Each supplier or provider joins as its own organisation with its own users and history. Partners without an account can still respond to a request and land in the same record, and a guest can be invited to a single shipment with a one-time passcode.
Do we have to take all six products?
No. Adoption is modular. Each product works on its own, connected to the ERP, and you can start with one product or one lane and extend along the same thread when it pays off.
Who sees our data?
Access is need-to-know. Every party on a transaction sees only the data its role is entitled to act on. A carrier can see milestones without seeing your rates or invoices, for example, and each company is separated at the data layer.
How long does it take to go live?
Swyftflo is designed for rapid implementation in four steps: connect your systems, configure workflows, onboard teams and partners, and go live. Swyftflo describes this as days rather than months, and a Control Tower can start moving shipments within hours. The real timeline depends on how many integrations and partners are in scope.
