Mawkish Technologies Sponsors the D. S. Senanayake College First XV
At Mawkish Technologies, rugby isn't just a sport we admire from the sidelines. Our founders and partners have played the game at the highest level, and the lessons it taught them still shape how we work every day. That's why we're proud to announce our sponsorship of the D. S. Senanayake College First XV practice kit as the team gets ready for the 2027 season.
More than a game
Anyone who has pulled on a jersey and run onto the field knows rugby asks a lot of you. It takes discipline to show up for early morning training. It takes dedication to keep improving when nobody is watching. Above all, it takes teamwork, because no player wins a match alone.
These are the same values we try to live by at Mawkish Technologies. Strong teams are built on trust, preparation and a shared commitment to a goal, whether that's on a rugby pitch or in a workplace. Supporting young players who are learning these lessons now is something that means a great deal to us.
Joining the Donz Rugby story
D. S. Senanayake College has a proud rugby tradition, and we're delighted to play a small part in the Donz Rugby story. The practice kit is where the real work happens: long training sessions, drills repeated until they become second nature, and the countless hours that come before every match-day performance. We're honored that our name will be part of that journey.
Celebrating the season ahead
We recently had the pleasure of attending the First XV Season Starting Ceremony at the college in Colombo 07. Our Director, Nafaz Jalaldeen, a proud DSSC alumnus, joined the occasion to celebrate with the players, coaches and school community.
For Nafaz, it was a special moment to return to his old school and see a new generation of Donz preparing to carry the college's name onto the field. The energy in the room made it clear that this team is ready to give everything this season.
Wishing the team every success
To the players, coaches, staff and everyone working behind the scenes: the entire Mawkish family is behind you. We wish you a safe, successful and memorable 2027 season. Play hard, play together, and make the college proud!
